عممت مدارس في أبوظبي على أولياء الأمور أنه وفقاً لنظام وزارة التربية والتعليم فإنه سيتم احتساب الطالب غائباً ليوم كامل في حال تغيبه عن إحدى الحصص في اليوم نفسه.
وتفصيلاً، وفقاً للتعميم الذي حصلت «الرؤية» على نسخة منه فإنه ابتداء من الثلاثاء سيتم تسجيل الحضور والغياب على نظام الوزارة وفي حال تغيبه عن أي حصة ولو واحدة في «التعليم عن بعد» فإنه سيعتبر غائباً.
ن ناحيتها، حددت وزارة التربية والتعليم 3 متطلبات على الطالب أثناء «التعليم عن بعد» وهي التواصل مع المعلم باحترام أثناء الحصة حيث إن جميع المحادثات مسجلة، والتواصل بالزملاء من الطلبة ضمن نطاق العملية التعليمية فقط، والامتناع عن تسجيل الحصص الإلكترونية دون الحصول على إذن رسمي.
وقالت الوزارة إن الحصص الإلكترونية تعتبر حصة رسمية ينطبق عليها ما ينطبق على الحصة في الغرفة الصفية من تعليمات وأهمها معرفة جدول الحصص الإلكترونية والتأكد من جاهزية الاتصال قبل الحصة بوقت كافٍ والتركيز الكامل مع المعلم طوال فترة الحصة وعدم التردد في التفاعل مع المعلم وسؤاله في حال وجود استفسار وعدم مقاطعة المعلم أو التشويش عليه.
ن جهتها، أوجبت دائرة التعليم والمعرفة في أبوظبي على المدارس وضع نظام للطلبة في المنازل يمكنهم من استخدام خاصية تسجيل الدخول يومياً لمتابعة عملية الحضور والغياب، مشددة على أن الحضور إلزامي لجميع أنماط التعليم سواء الحضوري أو عن بعد ويتم احتساب الطالب غائباً إذا لم يحضر الدرس المقرر.
وأضافت الدائرة أنه يصرح بالغياب فقط للطلبة المرضى أو عند وفاة أحد أفراد الأسرة من الدرجة الأولى والثانية أو من خلال حجز مواعيد طبية مسجلة أو في حال إيفاده إلى مهمة رسمية لخدمة المجتمع أو في حال المثول الإلزامي أمام الجهات الرسمية، مشيرة إلى أنه يجب على أولياء الأمور إخطار المدرسة بشكل مسبق بأي غياب مخطط له وتقديم الوثائق المطلوبة لإثباته.
وأوضحت الدائرة أن المدرسة تتولى متابعة حالات الغياب غير المبررة ويتم التعامل معها بشكل فوري وتتعاون مع أولياء الأمور لمواجهة غياب الطلبة المفرط والدائم وتضع آليات لتحسين معدلات الحضور ورفع تقارير إلى الدائرة بهذا الشأن.
