أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم، ممثلة في قطاع العمليات المدرسية، عن تفاصيل إجراءات وضوابط وآليات تطبيق الامتحانات التعويضية، المقرر لها، الفترة من الأحد 10 إلى الخميس 14 يناير الجاري، للصفوف من الرابع وحتى الثاني عشر، إذ يؤديها طلبة الثاني عشر «حضورياً» في المدارس إلكترونياً، فيما يباشرها باقي الصفوف «4-11»، عن بعد في المنازل في جميع مواد المجموعة A.
وبحسب توجيهات الوزارة التي جاءت في تعميم لها يخاطب مديري المدارس، ومرفق مع جداول الامتحانات، ويلخص 10 إجراءات تدير العملية الامتحانية، إذ يطبق امتحان طلبة الصف الثاني عشر «عام وخاص» من خلال الحضور الواقعي في المدرسة لمواد المجموعة A «بما فيها مادتا التربية الإسلامية والدراسات الاجتماعية» في المدارس نفسها التي يقدم فيها الطلبة لامتحانات نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول.
وقالت إنه يتعين على إدارات المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، حصر طلبة الصف الثاني عشر الراغبين بالتقدم للامتحان لتحسين درجاتهم والمواد الراغبين بالتقدم فيها، وعلى المدارس الخاصة، موافاة مدارس التعليم العام ببيانات طلابها الراغبين في التحسين، «نفس اللجان الامتحانية التي تم تطبيق امتحانات نهاية الفصل الأول فيها».
وأكدت الوزارة ضمن إجراءاتها ضرورة توزيع الطلبة على القاعات الدراسية «الصفوف» بحيث لا تزيد القاعة على 50% من طاقتها الاستيعابية، فضلاً عن إخطار الطلبة بضرورة إحضار أجهزة الحاسوب الخاصة بهم إلى المدرسة «مع الشاحن». التزامهم بالزي المدرسي عند حضورهم للامتحان.
وأفادت الوزارة بأنه يتعين على إدارة كل مدرسة، التأكد من شخصية الطالب عند حضوره إلى لجان الامتحان، وضرورة وضع ملاحظ على كل قاعة امتحانية، موضحة أن هناك لجاناً خاصة للطلبة أصحاب الهمم في المرحلة الثانوية وفي الصف الثاني عشر، الذين سيؤدون امتحاناتهم في المدارس، بحيث تتناسب حالة كل طالب، وتقدم له الخدمات المطلوبة بناء على الاحتياجات الخاصة به.
وشددت الوزارة على أهمية تنبيه طلبة أبوظبي، بضرورة عمل فحص «كوفيد19» والالتزام بالإجراءات الاحترازية الواردة في «دليل الإجراءات الاحترازية» للإمارة، أما بقية إمارات الدولة «دبي والإمارات الشمالية»، يشترط على الممتحنين الالتزام بالإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية المعتمدة.
ووجهت الوزارة إدارات المدارس بضرورة التقيد بتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية الواردة في دليل «الإجراءات الاحترازية» خلال فترة الامتحانات، مع مراعاة أن الطلبة من الرابع وحتى الثاني عشر يطبقون الامتحانات الكترونياً في مواد المجموعة A، بحيث يكون الامتحان «إجبارياً»، للذين لم يتمكنوا من تأدية امتحانات نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول أو واجهتهم مشاكل تقنية خلال تأدية الامتحانات.
وأوضحت أن الامتحانات «اختيارية» للطلبة الراغبين في تحسين نتائجهم في مواد المجموعة A لجميع طلبة الصفوف من الرابع وحتى الثاني عشر وسيتم احتساب الدرجة الأعلى للطالب.
ومن ناحية أخرى، طالبت الوزارة، ممثلة في قطاع العمليات مديري ومديرات المدارس، مع بدء الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي الجاري 2020-2021، بمتابعة عملية الحضور والغياب، من خلال تعبئة رابط حصر الحضور والغياب المتوفر لدى المجموعة الخاصة بالشؤون الطلابية على القناة الخاصة بكل نطاق.
وشددت الوزارة على المدارس بأهمية الاستجابة وتسجيل بيانات الحضور والغياب في الأوقات المحددة، إذ سيتم تسجيل (صفر) حضور للمدارس غير المستجيبة، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ومساءلة مدير المدرسة، لاسيما أن الفترة الماضية، أفرزت حالات تأخير وبشكل يومي في عملية متابعة الحضور والغياب، مما تسبب في تأخير بيانات مدارس النطاق بشكل كامل.
