دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في 29 أبريل 2021: أظهرت نتائج الدورة الرابعة على التوالي من المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة في دبي والذي نفذته هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية بدبي خلال شهر نوفمبر من العام الماضي، أن حوالي 70 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من السادس إلى التاسع في المدارس الخاصة بدبي يرتبطون بعلاقات قوية مع معلميهم بزيادة بلغت 11 في المئة مقارنة بنتائج الدورة السابقة من المسح في عام 2019م. وقال حوالي 65 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من العاشر من الثاني بأنهم يرتبطون بعلاقات قوية مع معلميهم، بزيادة بلغت 8 في المئة مقارنة بالدورة ذاتها.
وشارك في المسح 102 ألفاً و854 طالب وطالبة من الصف السادس إلى الصف الثاني عشر، أو ما يعادلها بالمناهج التعليمية الأخرى المطبقة في جميع المدارس المؤهلة وعددها 189 مدرسة خاصة بدبي، وبنسبة مشاركة للطلبة بلغت حوالي 83%.
واستقبلت المدارس المشاركة في المسح تقريراً فردياً تفصيلياً حول جودة حياة طلبتها بمنهجية تعتمد الشفافية والخصوصية، كما أطلقت هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية حزمة من ورش العمل الافتراضية بمشاركة فرق العمل المدرسية لتوفير الدعم للمدارس في كيفية الاستفادة من البيانات الواردة بالتقارير الفردية لكل مدرسة على حده، بالإضافة إلى عقد مجموعة من الجلسات والنقاشات الدورية عبر تقنية التواصل المرئي عن بعد على مدى الأسبوعين القادمين بمشاركة مختصين دوليين حول عناصر جودة الحياة.

وقال سعادة الدكتور عبد الله الكرم مدير عام هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية بدبي: " لقد أظهرت الظروف الاستثنائية الناجمة عن جائحة كوفيد- 19 أن جودة الحياة مهمة في حياتنا أكثر من أي وقت مضى، وعلى الرغم من التحديات المشتركة التي واجهت مجتمعنا التعليمي خلال الشهور الماضية، إلا أننا لمسنا الأثر الإيجابي لها على جودة حياة طلبتنا، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بتحسن العلاقات الإيجابية بينهم وبين أصدقائهم ومعلميهم، كما أصبحوا أكثر ثقة ومفعمون بالأمل في مستقبلهم".
وأوضح مدير عام هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية بدبي بأن المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة ساهم على مدى 4 سنوات متواصلة في جمع وإتاحة البيانات والمعلومات الكافية والتي ساهمت في إيجاد فهم أفضل لجودة حياة طلبتنا وكوادرنا المدرسية، بالإضافة إلى بناء القدرات في مدارسنا وإثراء المعرفة والمهارات حول جودة الحياة، وإطلاق النقاشات الإيجابية حول سبل الارتقاء بها في مجتمعنا التعليمي".
واختتم سعادته:" بصرف النظر عن مسؤولياتنا والتحديات التي نواجهها في حياتنا، فإنه لا يمكن التوقف عن الاعتناء بصحتنا العقلية والنفسية وجودة حياتنا. من المهم ألا ننسى بأن السعادة تأتي من صحتنا وعلاقاتنا الإيجابية مع المحيطين بنا والأمل في المستقبل وثقتنا بأنفسنا".
مؤشرات إيجابية
ورصدت نتائج المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة في دبي زيادة أعداد الطلبة الذين يحصلوا على قسط وافر من النوم خمس مرات على الأقل أسبوعياً، والذين تناولوا وجبة الإفطار خمس مرات في الأسبوع، حيث يرتبط النوم الجيد والمواظبة على تناول وجبة الإفطار ارتباطًا وثيقًا بمعدلات جودة الحياة العالية.
بحسب النتائج، فقد قال ما يقارب 60 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من السادس إلى التاسع، و41.5 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من العاشر إلى الثاني عشر بأنهم حصلوا على قسط وافر من النوم لخمس مرات على الأقل أسبوعياً، وذلك مقارنة بنسبة 54.2 في المئة و37.1 في المئة على التوالي في العام 2019م.
وأفاد ما يقارب 78 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من السادس إلى التاسع و69 في المئة من طلبة الصفوف من العاشر إلى الثاني عشر بأنهم تناولوا وجبة الإفطار خمس مرات في الأسبوع، وذلك مقارنة بنسبة 69.7 في المائة و61.5 في المئة على التوالي في عام 2019.
وفي هذا السياق، قالت هند المعلا، رئيس الابتكار والسعادة والإبداع في هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية بدبي: " في ظل حرصنا على إتاحة فهم أفضل لجودة حياة طلبتنا وكوادرنا المدرسية، فقد شهدت الدورة الرابعة من المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة بدبي تضمين نقاط إضافية تتعلق بالتأثيرات التي أوجدتها جائحة كوفيد- 19 على جودة الحياة العاطفية والنفسية للطلبة، بالإضافة إلى علاقاتهم مع أصدقائهم ومدى مشاركتهم في عمليات التعليم والتعلم خلال الظروف الاستثنائية".
وأشارت المعلا إلى أن النتائج تشير إلى وجود تحسن ملحوظ في عدد من عناصر جودة حياة الطلبة العام الدراسي الحالي، لاسيما فيما يتعلق ببناء علاقات إيجابية بين الطلبة وبين أصدقائهم ومعلميهم، لافتة إلى أن الدراسات الدولية تؤكد على أن الاهتمام بجودة الحياة في سن مبكرة تنعكس بشكل إيجابي على حياة الطالب سواء في الدراسة أو الأمور الحياتية، فجودة الحياة تعد من الاحتياجات الضرورية الإنسانية للطلبة والكوادر المدرسية، ولمسنا بأن مجتمعنا المدرسي بات أكثر وعياً حول الحقوق والمسؤوليات المتعلقة بجودة الحياة".
وأشادت المعلا بالنقاشات الإيجابية بين المدارس وأولياء الأمور والطلبة حول جودة الحياة، بما في ذلك قيام العديد من المدارس بتشكيل فرق عمل داخلية لمتابعة جودة حياة طلبتها، وإحداث أثر إيجابي لمبادرات جودة الحياة داخل البيئة المدرسية، لافتة إلى أن دبي كانت سباقة في قياس جودة حياة الطلبة حيث بدأت تطبيق هذا المشروع منذ العام 2017، وأتاحت النتائج تمكين المدارس الخاصة في دبي وصناع القرار من إعداد خطط ومبادرات للإسهام في الارتقاء بجودة حياة الطلبة وقدراتهم على تجاوز التحديات المستقبلية، والتحلي بالمرونة اللازمة لتخطي أية ظروف استثنائية غير متوقعة في الحياة".
ويقيس المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة في دبي جودة حياتهم الاجتماعية والعاطفية والسعادة، وعلاقات المدرسة، والمشاركة، والصحة البدنية ونمط الحياة، وأنشطة ما بعد المدرسة، ومدى استفادة الطلبة من التربية الأخلاقية في مواقف الحياة الواقعية، بالإضافة إلى الخطط المستقبلية لطلبة السنوات النهائية بشأن الدراسة والعمل، فضلاً عن قياس مدى امتلاكهم لحزمة من القيم والمهارات كالمرونة والدافعية للنجاح والإنجاز، والتعلم الذاتي، وأسلوب استخدامهم للأجهزة الذكية أو اللوحية الشخصية قبل النوم، والغرض من المدرسة، كما واكب المسح الظروف الاستثنائية التي أوجدتها جائحة كوفيد-19، حيث اشتمل على نقاط تتعلق بتأثيرات الجائحة على جودة الحياة العاطفية والنفسية للطلبة، بالإضافة إلى علاقاتهم مع أصدقائهم ومدى مشاركتهم في عمليات التعليم والتعلم.
وشارك أكثر من 10 آلاف كادر مدرسي من معلمين وقيادات مدرسية وشاغلي الوظائف المساعدة بالمدارس الخاصة بدبي في الاستبانة الثالثة على التوالي لجودة حياة الكوادر المدرسية، وأفاد 58 % منهم بقدرتهم العالية على إدارة جودة حياتهم وكانوا متحمسين لاتخاذ خطوات للارتقاء بها.

- استطاع طلبة المدارس الخاصة في دبي إنجاز الطلبة المستهدفين للمسح الالكتروني في أي وقت ومكان سواء من المدرسة أو من المنزل، وبصرف النظر عن النموذج التعليمي المُطَّبق في مدارسهم سواء كان حضوراً كلياً أم جزئياً أم تعليماً عن بعد بنسبة 100%.
- 243 رائداً لجودة الحياة من الفرق المدرسية في دبي دعموا تطبيق المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة باللغتين العربية أو الإنجليزية.
- 102 ألفاً و854 طالب وطالبة من الصف السادس إلى الصف الثاني عشر، أو ما يعادلها بالمناهج التعليمية الأخرى المطبقة في 189 مدرسة خاصة بدبي.
- 75% من طلبة الصفوف من السادس إلى التاسع شعروا بالاهتمام والثقة في أعمالهم المدرسية.
- 75% من طلبة الصفوف من العاشر إلى الثاني عشر مارسوا نشاطاً رياضياً مدة لا تقل عن 30 دقيقة مرتين أسبوعياً.
- 87% من الطلبة الذكور بالصفوف من السادس إلى التاسع يشعرون بالرضا عن حياتهم مقابل 70% من الإناث.
- ما يقارب 81% من الطلبة الذكور بالصفوف من العاشر إلى الثاني عشر يشعرون بالرضا عن حياتهم مقابل 74% من الإناث.
