قال سعادة الدكتور عبد الله الكرم، رئيس مجلس المديرين مدير عام هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية بدبي: " لطالما أكَّدنا بأن التعليم الذي يستند على جودة الحياة لا يهيئ الطلاب لحياة من الاختبارات، وإنما لخوض اختبارات الحياة، وخلال العام الحالي واجهنا أحد أكبر الاختبارات على الإطلاق في ظل جائحة كوفيد -19. ليس أداءنا الأكاديمي فقط هو ما ساعدنا على تجاوز التحديات التي أوجدها هذا الاختبار، وإنما مرونتنا وتكاتفنا معاً وتفاؤلنا وعلاقاتنا مع الآخرين".
دبي، الاثنين في 02 نوفمبر 2020م: يستهدف المسح الشامل لجودة حياة طلبة المدارس الخاصة بدبي في نسخته الرابعة على التوالي والتي انطلقت صباح أمس (الأحد) أكثر من 100 ألف طالب وطالبة من الصف السادس إلى الصف الثاني عشر أو ما يعادلها في المناهج التعليمية الأخرى المطبقة في 189 مدرسة خاصة بدبي.
وأتاحت هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية إمكانية إنجاز الطلبة المستهدفين للمسح الالكتروني في أي وقت وفي أي مكان سواء من المدرسة أو من المنزل، وبصرف النظر عن النموذج التعليمي المُطَّبق في مدارسهم سواء كان حضوراً كلياً أم جزئياً أم تعليماً عن بعد بنسبة 100%.
ويقيس المسح، الذي يطبق باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ويتم تنفيذه في الفترة بين الأول من نوفمبر – 30 نوفمبر الجاري، بدعم أكثر من 243 رائداً لجودة الحياة من الفرق المدرسية في دبي، جودة الحياة الاجتماعية والعاطفية والسعادة، وعلاقات المدرسة، والمشاركة، والصحة البدنية ونمط الحياة، وأنشطة ما بعد المدرسة، ومدى استفادة الطلبة من التربية الأخلاقية في مواقف الحياة الواقعية، بالإضافة إلى الخطط المستقبلية لطلبة السنوات النهائية بشأن الدراسة والعمل، فضلاً عن قياس مدى امتلاكهم لحزمة من القيم والمهارات كالمرونة والدافعية للنجاح والإنجاز، والتعلم الذاتي، وأسلوب استخدامهم للأجهزة الذكية أو اللوحية الشخصية قبل النوم، والغرض من المدرسة.
وتنطلق أعمال كل من المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة في دبي، بالإضافة إلى استبانة جودة حياة الكوادر المدرسية، من رؤية ثاقبة للقيادة الرشيدة بإسعاد كل من يعيش على أرض دولة الإمارات، ومن توجيهات سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي بوضع الحلول والخطط المناسبة والمبنية على نتائج المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة، بما يواكب الأهداف المستقبلية لخطة لإمارة دبي.
ويواكب المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة بدبي الظروف الاستثنائية التي أوجدتها جائحة كوفيد- 19، حيث يتضمن نقاطاً تتعلق بتأثيرات الجائحة على جودة الحياة العاطفية والنفسية للطلبة، بالإضافة إلى علاقاتهم مع أصدقائهم ومدى مشاركتهم في عمليات التعليم والتعلم.
يأتي ذلك، فيما تستهدف استبانة جودة حياة الكوادر المدرسية في المدارس الخاصة بدبي، والتي انطلقت نسختها الثالثة على التوالي مطلع الأسبوع الحالي، ما يقارب 20 ألف معلماً وقيادة مدرسية وشاغلي الوظائف المساعدة في المدارس الخاصة بدبي.

وأضاف الكرم: " لطالما كانت جودة الحياة مهمة، لكننا أدركنا خلال الشهور القليلة الماضية بأنها أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى، مشيراً إلى أن المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة ، واستبانة جودة حياة الكوادر المدرسية في نسختهما الحالية لهذا العام سيمنحان لطلبتنا وللكادرين التعليمي والإداري في المدرسة الوقت والمساحة الكافية للتفكير بعمق في جودة حياتهم، كما سيوفران لكل مدرسة البيانات التي قد تحتاجها لمواصلة الارتقاء بجودة حياة طلبتها ومعلميها وموظفيها، آملين أن تشجع المدارس كوادرها وموظفيها على المشاركة في الاستبيان ، وأن يشجع المسح أولياء الأمور على التحدث مع أبنائهم عن جودة حياتهم بشكل عام".
ويواكب كل من المسح الشامل لجودة حياة الطلبة واستبانة جودة حياة الكوادر المدرسية بدبي، خطوات واثقة لدبي نحو تعزيز مكانتها باعتبارها المركز الإقليمي للشبكة الدولية للتعليم الإيجابي، ويوفر المسح معلومات تفصيلية لكل من صناع السياسات والمدارس على حده، لدعم العمل على تحسين صحة الطلبة وسعادتهم وجودة حياتهم.
ويعد المسح أداة للمدارس لفهم ومعالجة جودة حياة الطلبة بشكل أفضل وجعل مدارسهم أكثر سعادة، حيث تتلقى كل مدرسة تقريراً فردياً حول جودة حياة طلبتها بمنهجية تعتمد الشفافية والخصوصية، يتبعه عقد حزمة من ورش العمل، تستهدف العمل مع المدارس من أجل فهم البيانات والموارد لتحسين جودة حياة طلبتها.
